Manual and Movement Therapy

Before Your Session: What to Expect
Your experience begins with a brief consultation to understand your goals, preferences, and any physical conditions that may guide the work. We’ll take time to observe your posture, alignment, and tension patterns so the session can be tailored specifically to your body’s needs that day.
Massage + Bodywork Offerings
Each session blends therapeutic and restorative modalities designed to support muscular ease, improved mobility, and nervous-system balance. Depending on what you’re seeking, your session may incorporate:
-
Massage Therapy – easing tension, improving circulation, and supporting whole-body well-being
-
Myofascial Release – slow, targeted work to soften fascia and increase mobility
-
Breathwork – helping regulate the nervous system and release holding patterns
-
Meditation or Guided Presence – encouraging grounding and mental clarity
-
Restorative Postures – supported positions promoting rest and integration
-
Hot Stone Therapy – warm stones used to melt tension and enhance relaxation
-
Sound Therapy – soothing resonance to calm the mind and support emotional release
These modalities can be combined to create a session that is therapeutic, deeply restorative, or a balanced blend of both.
Your Choice: Active or Passive Receiving
You are welcome to choose the level of involvement that feels best for you, either when booking or during your consultation.
Active Receiving
Best suited for clients who:
-
Want focused muscular relief or long-term postural support
-
Prefer to stay aware of their body’s responses throughout the session
-
Appreciate the use of movement paired with massage to encourage greater ease, release, and mobility
Active sessions often include mindful attention, gentle movement, or brief check-ins to guide the work.
Passive Receiving
Ideal for clients who:
-
Seek a soothing, nurturing environment
-
Wish to fully relax or drift into rest
-
Prefer light to medium pressure with little to no engagement
Passive sessions emphasize comfort, stillness, and nervous-system restoration.
After Your Session: Integration & Education
Your session ends with a short conversation to reflect on what was explored, what shifted, and how you can continue supporting your body. This may include posture awareness, self-care suggestions, breath practices, or gentle stretches to carry the benefits forward.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is available as an optional enhancement to any session.
