Nicole

Intentional movement has been a part of my life for over 20 years, evolving from a personal curiosity into a deeply rooted passion. I was first drawn to how yoga, meditation, and movement made me feel - grounded, present, and connected. That initial spark carried me to Guatemala at age 19, where I practiced daily beside a local studio, in Spanish I was just beginning to learn. It was there I realized that yoga transcends language - it is a universal experience.

My path has been shaped by continuous study of the body through massage therapy, yoga, and the healing power of movement. I believe that to offer something authentically, it must be embodied first. With a foundation in anatomy, somatic awareness, and intentional practice, my teaching is informed, intuitive, and safe.

I began my professional journey with a 100-hour program in Yoga for Injury and Pain Prevention, followed by my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. I am also certified in Restorative Yoga, which beautifully bridges yoga and massage - two practices I now integrate in personalized, therapeutic sessions. Alongside this, I draw from additional qualifications in movement studies and dance as medicine, weaving together a multidimensional approach to healing and expression.

Whether through hands-on assists, mindful movement, dance-infused embodiment, or therapeutic massage, I offer a space where the body and mind can gently unwind. My intention is always to support others in reconnecting with the peace, wisdom, and love that already lives within.

With love,
Nicole Rice
