Yoga

My yoga teaching is shaped by continuous study of the body and the belief that anything I offer must be fully embodied first. With a foundation in anatomy, somatic awareness, movement studies, and the healing qualities of dance as medicine, my approach is both intuitive and informed.
I weave together multiple qualifications - including Yoga for Injury and Pain Prevention (100 hours), 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Restorative Yoga certification, and extensive training in massage therapy - to create a practice that is safe, grounding, and deeply supportive.
What Yoga With Me Looks Like
Whether in a private session or a class setting, my intention is to create space for you to reconnect with yourself - to soften, listen, and move from within. My offerings may include:
-
Mindful, intentional movement
-
Restorative postures supported with props
-
Hands-on assists for alignment and ease
-
Breathwork and guided meditation
-
Elements of dance as medicine for expressive release
-
Therapeutic principles drawn from massage and anatomy
Each session is adapted to your unique body, needs, and experience level. You are invited to show up exactly as you are.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga holds a special place in my work. This practice centers the body and breath through stillness and gentle, supported postures. With the use of props, the body is able to fully relax, allowing the nervous system to soften and reset.
While I often blend restorative techniques with massage for a deeply meditative experience, Restorative Yoga is also a powerful and complete practice on its own.
My Intention
Through yoga, my hope is to offer a refuge - a space to unwind, to breathe again, and to reconnect with the peace and love already within you.
